Restaurant Review - Belleview Biltmore Clearwater, Florida
During a last minute journey to Florida a couple weeks ago, my sister in law, and brother in law, took my husband and I to the Belleview Biltmore for Sunday champagne brunch. What a great way to start our first morning of our vacation, a nice hearty meal. It was a beautiful sunny day, which sure beat the snow back home in the northeast, and we were able to get a nice table outside. I did not have the mimosa, I opted for a Bloody Mary instead which was wonderful! The list of food options was incredible.
There were breakfast items such as oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, bacon, sausage, and eggs. I did not even touch any of that. I did have an omelet made for me at that omelet bar, and I had eggs benedict. There were so many salads, with meat, veggies, and seafood, I am not sure how many I tried! There was marinated everything - artichokes, eggplant, olives, and asparagus. Cheese from every country available. Sushi, sashami and seaweed salad, I am a big fan of this.
There were plenty of hot dishes, but I did even open half the lids. I know there was a salmon dish, a pasta dish, and green beans. I do not even recall if I made it over to the prime rib.
If you are a seafood lover there was seafood galore - shrimp, king crab legs, oysters on the half shell, and smoked salmon.
DESSERTS! Yes I had way too many of these! This is my weakness! Carrot cake, flan, chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate EVERYTHING! If it had chocolate I think I had it. I remember also having a screaming migraine later that day.
The price was $21.95 and worth every penny. We all enjoyed it and will definitely go back on our next visit. As I said I skipped quite a bit of food. I recommend you try it out the next time you are in the area!
